GENERAL DETAILS
1. Promotion name and description: Ghost Advent Calendar Scratch Card (the “Promotion”).
2. Promoter: S A Designer Parfums Limited, company registration number 04198899, Amertrans Park, Bushey Mill Lane, Watford, WD24 7JG, United Kingdom.
3. Promotion Start Date: 1st September 2026
4. Promotion End Date: 31st December 2027
5. By entering the Promotion the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
6. To enter the Promotion, all participants must purchase the Ghost Advent Calendar 2026 via www.ghostfragrances.com or the Ghost Fragrances TikTok Shop and find the 2026 Christmas Ghost Scratch Card (the “Card”) within.
7. The Cards are distributed as part of the Ghost Advent Calendar 2026. There is one Card per every Ghost advent calendar. The Card is free of charge and may not be purchased separately.
8. The Promotion is only open to residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
9. In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize or award you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to claim the award in the Promotion (such as by sending us a picture of the voucher with the code).
10. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is in bad faith and/or otherwise contrary to the spirit or intention of the Promotion.
11. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for Promotion entries which are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
PRIZES; ODDS OF WINNING
12. Every Card wins.
13. Awards are:
- Top Prize: 50% discount on Ghost Fragrances products on www.ghostfragrances.com + a Ghost hamper containing Ghost Fragrances products worth at least £250.
- 30% discount on Ghost Fragrances products on the www.ghostfragrances.com website.
14. Odds of winning:
- Top Prize - 1 Card wins a 50% discount for www.ghostfragrances.com + a hamper filled with Ghost products
- Other awards - 4,999 Cards win 30% discount coupon for www.ghostfragrances.com
15. Validity of coupons:
- Discount Coupon Validity Start Date: 1st September 2026
- Discount Coupon Validity End Date: 31st December 2027
16. The Coupons may not be used after the Discount Coupon Validity End Date.
17. Prizes are subject to availability. There are no alternative prizes and no cash alternatives.
18. The prizes/awards are non-transferable and exclude any additional costs and expenses.
HOW TO CLAIM THE TOP PRIZE
19. To find out what you won, simply scratch off the symbol where indicated.
20. To use the discount code on the Card, visit www.ghostfragrances.com and make a qualifying purchase of products. The discount will be applied at checkout once the code has been used.
21. Each discount code may only be used ONCE and will expire once used.
22. To claim the top prize (Hamper), please email us directly at customersupport@ghostfragrances.com and attach a picture of the winning Card to the email. Once we have confirmed your details, we will send you the Ghost hamper free of charge. The 50% discount can be used at checkout during a purchase on the www.ghostfragrances.com website.
23. DO NOT SHARE YOUR WINNING CODE WITH ANYONE! Please contact customersupport@ghostfragrances.com directly if you won the top prize.
24. If you are having any issues using a discount code on the www.ghostfragrances.com website, please contact us at customersupport@ghostfragrances.com and include your discount code in the text of the email. We will issue you a replacement discount code that can be used on the website.
QUALIFYING PRODUCTS
25. The discount code may be used sitewide for the purchase of any products on www.ghostfragrances.com. There is no minimum qualifying purchase.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
26. All personal details and/or information given either in the entry process or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify participants if they have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
27. Where entry to the promotion is online only, personal information that participants share with the Promoter (including name, address, email, social media profile, or other data) will be kept secure and only used in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter and its supplier to send out the Giveaway to entrants, confirm when the Giveaway is on its way and to contact the participants for their views on the product. The Promoter will not send entrants any marketing communications unless entrants have also agreed to this.
GENERAL
28. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, their agents or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence or fraud of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
29. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion without prior notice.
30. Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or TikTok.
31. SA Designer Parfums Limited, Ghost Fragrances Limited and their respective promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winner for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Promotion. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event legal fees.
32. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
33. All personal data submitted in relation to this Promotion shall be held and used by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found HERE.
