Returns & Policies
Your satisfaction with our products is important to us, so if you are not happy with the product you purchased for any reason, you are allowed to return any product, as long as you do it within 14 days from receiving it, even ones which have been opened.
Please contact our Customer Service for a self-addressed return label, for your ease and convenience.
If you cancel your order before the products have been dispatched, we will cancel the transaction and refund you the sums you paid for the products. If you wish to return the products after you have received them, you must return them to us in order to receive your refund. We will refund you the full price you paid for the product (including delivery costs where applicable), normally by using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds will be processed without undue delay.
Please note that you have 14 days to cancel your Contract with us from the date you receive the products from us, unless the product is being returned due to being faulty. Please contact our customer service team before returning any item and we will provide details of where to send it to.
